    the problem is... the new ppl dont respect the ppl who make this board.. the fact is.. there are a few of us.. who are actual lifters... the rest of the ppl here are here to talk big, and be asses.. then the real lifters, get tired of the talk, say something and sometimes end up as the badguy, or ass.. when really its the peons who come here with no muscle, talkin about what they have or did... that are the ppl needed to be removed..
