Itching in joints , bones &muscles

ok I think this a bit wierd...Im getting this itchy feeling in my joints...(knuckles)..like I wanna hit em real hard on the wall...when I do they feel better for a while then it comes back again...same thing with my shins...I get this itchy feeling that I wanna hit em hard against smth like I used to do in kickboxing training..same with my head I just wanna headbutt anything as hard as I can same with the abs , chest , rib cage etc...like I wanna hit and get hit too...anyone get this?? :scratch:

I get an itchy feeling in my shoulders sometimes. I have to punch myself or stick something like a pen into my shoulder and it feels better. I have no idea what causes it but it's irritating as ****.
