    Question sexxx

    when i have sex i lose great deal of muscles i feel that and i lift less in the gym what should i do?? and is there any safe supplements that don't make sex take from my muscles and body

    why don't you listen to everyone! SEX does not yield any gains, unless you are thumper the rabbit and hit your girl 65 times in a day... in that case I would recommend theorpy and glutamine.

    agreed... plus, when advising to take cialis, you should take a number of variables into consideration... age being a big factor... this guy just needs to learn more about basic anatomy instead of flooding the forums with these questions.     sex will not make you lose muscle, just energy. it can actually be good cardio. just don't have sex right before you work out.
