lets start a what are you eating now thread
For those who are on what are you eating right now or what was your last meal or your next one?
I'll start off. 200g brown rice, 400g steak and 200g broccoli....

I keep breakfast old school....1 cup of oatmeal mixed with a scoop of protein, and 5 eggs (1 yolk only).

i just had 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. they were incredibly delicous compared to the old broccoli, chickem, brown rice combo.
that'll be the next meal though unfortunately.
