has anyone bought dvd's from this site?

how it going everybody?
i have a lil problem, i just recently bought the sex and the city tv series from this website "dvdcraze.com," my account was charged but i tried contacting them and they habent emailed me back and i called the phone number and its "temporarily disconnected" ... did i get screwed here?? any info or help will be appreciated thanks

Sex and the City...At least lie and say you ordered porn, that woulda sounded better. And how long has it been since you placed the order. You didnt necessarily get screwed yet, but I have never ordered dvd's online.

Yea...they screwed you. You can report them to the better business bureau, and report them bastards but that might be more headache than its worth. Call you credit card company or debit card # on the back of your card and get them to reimburse you. Tell them you never recieved teh product and make them do the dirty work.
