Catagory 5!

Just want to say thank you to all of you that have helped with great answers to my questions. We are currently preparing for Katrina a catagory 5 hurricane that is supposed to hit us directly at 7 am tomorrow. I am sure we will be without power for quite a while. No telling when my next workout will be. The winds are expected to be 175 mph! Anybody else that will feel the effects of this please be safe.

I feel ya bro, I too am preparing for that mother...today was supposed to be my off day but figured that it might be a couple of days before I can hit the weights again(electricity out) so I hit them gain. I am in B.R. and they are saying 100 mile an hour winds here. Stay safe.

Here in panama city, Looks like katrina is going to miss me, put im still feeling here with all this damn rain, and i truely feel sorry for the brothers who homes are in the middle of it. Be safe, and god bless

Yea its a crazy storm, i was here in miami when it tore us up a little bit. I still got friends without electricity. Gonna be much worse in louisiana

i just seen on the news they said they down sized it to a catagory 3...so i hope it gets better soon.

Well we survived katrina. have not been able to workout for the past two weeks due to no power! Everything is starting to finally get back to some what normal. Time to get back to eating right and eating enough finally! Hope to start back in the gym tomorrow.
