    Drink a bunch of cough syrup before you go in....eat like 20 poppy seed bagels...Instaed of peeing in the cup..poop in it...Maybe put a syringe in the pee cup also..

    go the gnc and get the herbal tea....drink it in 45 min and it gives you a 3 hour window....it also comes with niacin pills.....
