Ohh he was a strong one... Close to a 500lb bench presser to give you an idea and he just wasn't a chest and arm workout guy, he was strong in all
areas... Kind of guy you hit with a brick and he'd probably smile at you...
He had a good 45-50lbs on the other guy that was trained in some MMA and it wasn't a pretty thing to watch, but the other guy kept talking about how he could take him easy to anybody that would listen...
He was wrong and found out the hard way...

"Trained in some mma" does not = a professional UFC fighter. Your missing the forest for the trees.
Ronnie wouldnt last more than a few seconds without alot of training.
Just like none of them will ever beat ronnie on stage.

Bro TRUST ME I'm not lost at all...
I know the difference come on who do you think you are talking too?
BTW Matt Hughes only had a wrestling background before he learned alot
more and look what the hell he did as just a wrestler did to alot of MMA guys..
Some of you guys are missing the point...
So you do a spinning back heal kick, or a rear naked choke, against a true
natural born badass is that enuf?
No it isn't and I've seen plenty of street fights to know what I'm saying...
I'll leave you all to keep talking about what you're sure you know so well...

I know what he was trying to say, but the guy wasn't... Had over 10 years
experience, but both styles were for standup fighting, not getting slammed
on the concrete by a big heavyweight wrestler and ending up on your back...
But I know what he was getting at...
