    any of you guys muscle bound?

    recently i've developed more symptoms of being muscle bound (albeit at this point, it's not too much!). For example, holding a phone up to my ear can be a little bit annoying, and i can't scratch my right shoulder with my right arm or my left shoulder with my left arm- i have to use the other arm.

    When my arms are pumped it's a whole other story! i can only like extend my arms halfway to my shoulder before they get stuck! man i love the feeling of a huge arm pump especially.

    i have trouble itching my back. i gave up and just rub my back against the corner of a wall now like a d@mn bear. during bulking during the winter is when i notice complications with flexibility the most.

    i can still itch my back, though i can't if my arms are pumped. My arms are still under 18 though, but over 17

    Hahah.. that sound familiar, I have to constantly change arms when on the phone, and I have trouble scratching my back....

    ever see that picture of Ronnie coleman in those ads for BSN products (in Flex, muscle & Fitness, etc) holding a cell phone up to his ear?? he like has his left hand holding the phone to his right ear because it appears he absolutely cannot hold his left hand to his left ear.

    Bro get a handsfree unit or somthing... I'm on the phone quite a bit (W/a tiny flip phone), I got a mic cord hangin off my ear always.

    i can still hold the phone...lol....but hopefully in a few years i won't be able to hold it to the same ear, lmao!

    I've seen some fairly large Bro's that can still scratch their back etc 275lbs+ .

    I think it boils down to flexibility due to lack of stretching.

    true i have trouble on the pot i get lat cramps and it kills. I gotta start stretching more i guess is the deal.

    yeh its all about stretching, i mean ne1 seen coleman in his vids, the dude can do the fvckin splits, n considerin he the most muscular guy on the planet, if hes flexible i guess ne1 can be.

    i guess ur right...i used to be able to do the splits..no more tho..time to stretch again

    i made the mistake of tryin to do the splits the other day, let just say i wont be using the thigh master this week.

    haha well i have never been able to bust right into them...just kinna slowly til im there...i cant do them like coleman...i do them hamstrings on the ground not groin
