OMG! Korean Grill is the Best!!!

Just got back from this place called Korean Grill House. This place is the absolute best restaurant for anyone on a cutting OR a bulking diet.

You sit at these little tables with a hole in the middle of them, in the hole is a gas grill, you can control the gas so it's as hot as you want. For $8.95 (like $5 .00 USD) you get ALL YOU CAN EAT MEAT!!!!!! You have a choice of beef, pork, chicken, squid, fish, ribs, lamb, shrimp and a few other things that were a bit gross like Oxtail tongue. You dont have to get it all though, if you just want beef and chicken they bring you just beef and chicken. Then you grill the meat however way you want it yourself on the little grills at your table. They just keep bringing more as you go through it. You also get these side dishes (cant remember what its called, theres a korean name for it) its shit like sprouts and tofu and some other veggies, its okay, but the meat is awesome!

So if your on a cutting diet, it can work (the beef and the chicken are lean plus theres all the fish), but even better if your bulking it's unlimited amounts of meat and rice. OMG I could eat that every day. I should have got pics!

No, I dont think so but Korean Grill House TYPE restaurants seem to popping up all over the place these days. One just opened up in the city I grew up in which is a suburb of Toronto, not somewhere you'd expect to see one.

Not this time, I stuck with the leaner meats, but I have had it before, it's prettty good.

I lived in Korea for 15 months and used to hit up these joints all the time. It's a pretty cool dining experience and you definitely get your money's worth. They actually served dog meat over there, but it was pretty tasty.
