I would like to thx everyone who have helped me learn so much about wieghtlifting. I would like to thank people even more on help that they gave with my diet and that has changed my life completely. I know more about diet, success, and my body now that i joined AR. I can honestly say now that in the past when i went to the gym i was not really weightlifting but wasting my time, but since i join AR i have learn the true meaning of weightlifting and its powers. It not just 2 hours that i spend at the gym but more. It is a way of life. I feel that this have helped me improve in life in all areas not just in the gym. I have not became as knowledgable in bodybuilding in general as i want to be but i feel i have good head on it now and probably will never be to point i want.

it was funny to me when i workout before AR i thought i knew everything i needed to know. yes i was one of those punk ass kids at gym, i can admit that now. After joining here i realized how little i truelly new about this subject. It has been truelly humbling expereince for me. THank you all for that.

Here is few people i like to think personal i feel have really went out of there way to help me; Bigkev, cane4ever (that female picture forem ruled and u are trully the king of posting), Jenna, Bouncer, CYCLEON, The Iron Game, Juice Junkie, ironfist, and if i miss anyone who feeled that they truelly helped me i m sorry pm i will add you.
I will be adding to this more and more to write about my expereince at AR how it has change my life.

Good post bro. I feel the same way you do. I was really into working out, but once I found AR it was taken to a whole new level! I love this place!!!

I remember my first thing i did when i joined beening a stupid rookie as ussually can someone make me a cycle and thought hey i find a source here lol MAN I FEEL STUPID NOW THINKING ABOUT THAT
