    I'm back. Anybody miss me?

    I won't bore you with all the things that have kept me away for past ? months. Let's just say, real estate has been, as Sammy Sosa would say "berry berry gud to me", I got my pilot's license and then of course bought an airplane and my business got another location, but my fitness has been piss-poor so I'm back here to share some knowledge and motivation and spread the LOVE!
