My arms are solid as a rock, even in the pinch test for bf. I think mine comes more from the midsection area..but w/e..i'm trying to gain more size first . But yes bf plays a role in that.

Everyone hold fat more in different areas. With men, usually the midsection and quads is the last place you see when cutting. But for example if you drop 5% bodyfat, you will still lose some size from your arms. Remember tri's make up more than 50% of you arm.

dems some big forearms. mine are right around 14.5-15" with 17" arm. kinda strange how close they are in size. i have a hard time getting my tri to grow. my bi is to close in size to the tri for my liking.

they looked 21" in the pic you had up when I joined and that you posted earlier today I think....the one in the Iverson jersey in between two cars I think.
I'd post a pic of my arms stretchmarks and all if I knew what to buy to make my camera phone work to put pics on the computer.
