"Pumping Iron"...
Fantastic movie/documentary.
This really should be required viewing for the bodybuilding community.
For those who have seen it, what made an impression on you, taught you something or just made you laugh?
Impression: Their sheer size, poise (posing) dedication, and camaraderie.
Learned: Too much to list.
Laughed: Throughout; Arnold at the prison; Waller with Katz; Fraco moving the car; etc.

I read Arnold's encyclopedia of bodybuilding before I saw pumping iron. In the ency he emphasized always using proper form. Yet in the movie all those guys were throwing around weights with form that was not very strict.
All in all I thought it was a great film. I never realized how big Ferrigno was. And Arnold was freakin' hilarious. I loved the part when he's eating breakfast with Lou and his family and tells them he already called his mother and told her he won. That's priceless!
