    6 Month Out!!!!

    Dam it I havnt been to the gym properly for almost 6 months due to the split up of my relationship. I had a half hearted attempt to go back 3 month ago but wasnt up for it.

    I have only lost 4lb in weight since then which is quite good considering i havnt been eatin properly at all.

    Well this is it. Next wk im gona go back and kik my butt. Ive said it b4 but this time its different.

    just thought id let u all know

    YOU GO, GIRL! Get your heinie in there and start kicking that iron around! Hey it is probably a 12 step program, you know? You have now publicly admitted that you are a slacker. That is the first step, I think. Now you can do something about it. Read up on AA and just pick and choose the steps that apply to you, and make up a couple if you need to make it an even dozen. You can do this thing. We have all been there.

    If anything, splitting up from a relationship would have me in the gym MORE!!!

    that's what happens to me. that's pretty much what got me going to the gym regularly actually. use to go 2 times a week then had a bad ending to a relationship and was in the gym 6-7 days a week and overtraining like crazy.

    i did at first but my head was really dun in and i just wanted to get pi55ed.I had a couple of attempts to go back and posted about it in here.

    Im kind of pleased that i havnt really lost loads of weight, just a little definition.which is easily sorted in abount 4 weeks.

    come back easy, lift light for a few weeks, Don't want you to tear a tendon or ligament.

    I suppose looking at the plus side of things that after about a month or so I will make good gains as my body has had LOADS of recovery time.

    I hope this is the case.
