    There is a ton....google it bro.

    Do a search for easy web building or something like that....i bet tons come up.

    I am a web developer and let me know you, if you are making a website for business use you better pay someone to do it. It's worth the money to have a professional website.

    If you are doing it for personal use and you have no clue about web design use a service like Tripod, Yahoo, Homestead, etc. Otherwise your website will probably suck so bad you won't even want to visit it, let alone someone else.

    also there are hosting companies that have sql and support .net asp applications, that's where the functionality is..

    if all you want is to post pics and keep a log...

    well, there are plenty of premade templates to use..
