    what are you guys listining to while you are working out? like playlist? im looking for some good songs to put on my ipod, and am looking for songs that will get you pumped.

    Queens of the Stone Age, classic Van Halen, and for some reason the Offspring really gets me pumped when working out. I don't even like that band, but when I'm working out they are the shit.

    good to see some Rage commentary as that's about as good as it gets to get you pumped up - get their self titled CD and just listen to the whole thing - not one song will lighten up....all hard core bounce
