Glanced at your web site and wandered if you do eft's like gyms do or are you against it? Use to manage Ballys and had friends that owned some golds.
Used them at the tanning salon and they were a pain but may start again when I remodel soon.

I've got a couple of places that do eft's for us. They average $15 mo. plus $.25 per member, gets deposited right into your account.

my fault, I thought of that after I posted it. But it could apply to others that sell any kind of product with repeat customers Should of reworded it for other people to be interested. My bad

Maybe I didn't look at your website long enough, but I noticed you had like 1,2, and 3 month programs and wandered if your members were on eft if it would be more convienent for you to collect renewals. Just throwing it out there for you ( I get nothing from it ) also thought that you could offer supplements on an auto renew basis, I thought about doing it myself but it's hard to compete on a wholesale level but would work for you since you have the name and creditials. wanted to help.

p.s. site looks very nice, thinking of doing some e business in the very near future(I sell body jewelry in a store, but may go on the web)

I just have other methods of payment that are more secure, to avoid people cancelling checks, stopping payment on credit cards, etc. In the past, all of that has happened, along w/fake money orders.

Trust me, I'm not surprised by anything People get funny about paying up when they have already used something or a service.

btw keep up the great work, it's nice to see someone else run a business and get ahead (I know all about the haters and people saying to give up) I put in my 7 days a week, 12-14 hr days (still take breaks to go next door and workout twice a day)
