    Need help with e-mail

I run a tanning salon and jewelry store and want to send out e-mail offers to my customers. I have a list of e-mail addresses and in my outlook, I highlighted all of the names and sent the promo out, Problem was that it showed everyones email address that I sent to at the top of the page. No one complained about it, but I want to send out promos w/o the addresses of other customers being listed. What would be the best way to do this? Also I would like to save the copy each time (tried saving it and I could not pull it back up w/o making it an "attachment")

    Thanks in advance

bcc = blind carbon copy. It's the same as carbon copy except that the recipient only sees their e-mail.

I guess it's microsoft outlook (that's what pulls up each time ) and on the bottom corner it shows a clock (gold color) that looks like a circle in a square with hour hands facing 12 o'clock and 3 o'clock. I click on this to start e-mail

Ok, when you click "create mail" and the window comes up to type your message and put the address etc. Go to the 'view' menu, select "show all headers" and the Bcc box will show up right below the CC box.
