Who is Dave Palumbo and why would I buy his shit? Look at this

First, I saw Tiger's Porsches for sale at sticker price even though they were USED. That was ridiculous. This shit here is just retarded. Who is this guy?

I guess the supplements aren't selling so well if he's selling the Bimmer.

Dave Palumbo is that guy who has a column in MD and gives out suspect advice. I met him at Gold's Venice earlier this year and he was a nice guy.

    Off his website:

Because of my size and density, I am constantly asked: "How much do you lift & squat?"

    ***

    Something to Think About:

I do not routinely answer this question for the simple reason that my muscles cannot see the weights, they can only feel them, therefore, the more intensely I concentrate while training, the more stress I impose on the muscles (i.e. the muscles believe the weights are heavier).

    Weight training program:

    * One body part per day (i.e. chest, back, arms, legs, and shoulders).
    * Three exercises (2 sets per exercise, 4-12 reps) for small body parts (biceps, triceps, and chest)
    * Four exercises (2 sets per exercise, 4-12 reps) for large body parts (back, shoulders, and legs).
