    Can I fix my ipod??

    I dropped a dumbell on my ipod today and the ipod still works but the screen doesnt, it will still lite up but no text or anything will show just ink looking blots... Is this repairable, what should I do???

    i would be thankful that it still works, you lucky bastard. dropped a freaking dumbell on it, come on those things aint cheap.

    i believe you can buy a replacement screen for it....but if it were me, i would not want to go screwing around with something like that..i would send it to apple and have them repair it....you're lucky if that is all that happen to it..how many lbs was the dbell?

    check out ipodresq.com I used them to replace a battery on mine.

    Whatever you do dont buy a Nano, the screens get scuffed up easier then sand.

    Replace

    if it has a warranty it might be fixed or replaced free.Depends what type of person you are but ipods are overpriced anyways so you could lie and just say internally something is wrong with it. Possibly they could call you and say it has some external damage then say that it must have been damaged in the mail, maybe that could work but most people dont like to argue so they will likely replace it or fix it.

    Those Apple Ipod bastards said it wasn't under the warranty... Wtf... I guess I can either get it repaired or something...

    tell them bull shit and demand it get repaired. If they still do not cooperate, then pull out some roid rage on their asses.

    Just get really loud when other customers are in the store and that alone will embarrass most clerks enough to do what you ask.
