lifting my arm straight in front of me chest height and turn my wrist inside........OUCH but nothing if I turn it outward.......... if I try to scratch my back with my right arm OMG that hurts like hell .................... But there are other things I can do that dont hurt it but the ones that do hurt like hell
i am supposed to be getting a list of some rehab exercises soon. i will let you know. i screwed upmy supraspintusmuscle(oneof the four muscles that make up the cuff) i rehabed lt with bands for a few months while continuing to lift and i am fine now.Quote:
