i had a pair, and hated them I bought them for heavy shrugs and they cut the blood off to my hand,I've since changed to straps and they are fine for the real heavy sets, no pain at all,.....JMO........

I did the same thing bro. I hated the ones with the hooks. Then I switched and like the new ones w/o hooks even better....

It's kind of hard to explain how to use them. The best straps are those without the hooks. Much better comfort and better for the hands and wrists.

i'll try to explain the straps to ya,.......you will see one end has a hole through it the other end is just cut off with nothing,....(like the rest of the strap),.....you take the cut off end and put it through the end w/ the hole,.....(it will sorta be like a wrist band w/ a piece of the strap hanging down 4-6 inches or so)slip your hand through it and take the piece thats hanging, and wrap it around the bar, or handle (depending on what your using them for)when you run out of strap to wrap, your wrist should be pretty close to the bar, then you grab the bar over the wrapped part,.....with the combo of your grip and the strap, you'll pull more weight, and even if your grip is a bit weak the strap will like sinch up around the bar or handle so you can still get a few more reps, dont count on the srtaps to do all the holding, you still need to hold on w/ your grip for sure, but these do make it a whole lot easier when going heavy,............im not even sure if this makes any sence or not,(hope so),...good luck..........

does Belgium have Walmarts?.........if so you can even get them there or at pretty much any sporting goods store..........I'm sure you will be able to find em if you look though the phone book and make a few calls,.....but the Walmarts and the K-marts do carry them for sure....
