how much muscle could you gain
how much muscle do you think the average person with a good diet and good exercise program could gain in 3 months naturally?
just curious, on what some people in here think they could pack on.

that's totally loaded question, but i'll assume the average dude with okay genetics and newbie gain liek he never lifted before and say 10 lbs max if everything is perfect and he's working his ass off.

Depends on what stage they are in currently and their bodytype. I'd say 10 lbs of LBM is a feasible amount. Too many variables.

i gained about 10lbs naturally this summer. Im not sure if all of that was muscle but the majority was. It was prolly more like 13lbs.

Ya, there are way too many variables. I think 10-15 lbs. in 3 months should be considered a good gain.

including supplements maybe 10lbs of muscle
totally natural and an avg/normal everyday joe healthy diet... 3-6lbs of muscle

its my offseason for baseball now and yea i'm 5'7" 145 =( and following the bulking sticky on here to the best I can while in college and I have 3 months to add mass. Im doing the
Westside 4 Skinny Bastards program ... hoping to gain 10-12 of fairly lean body mass (still have somewhat visible abs by the end) so maybe by the end of the 3 months i'll make a post about what my gains were since i've seen this question before
the only sups ill be using would be CEE, protein, dex, myoplex meal replacements

Yeah, let us know. This will be very intresting. Fuck visible abs. As long as you can still see your junk or feet, tis all good.
