In which situations is it warranted for a teacher to use racial slurs against a student?

BTW, if you were a man and you treated the people around you with decency then the waiter at the restaurant would have pulled up his pants when you had asked him to. If you were a man and treated people with respect you would have gotten that kid at the store to let you use his stupid Bonus Card. If you were a man you could have defused that "road rage" situation without seeming like a bitch. If you were a man that understood envy you would have taken that small guys remarks about your physique as a compliment instead of a personal attack.

I'm tired of people using the racial card so fast.

The media probably needed a story to fill their evening news.

Racism is not in the use of a word, racism is in the tone you use it, it did not seem that the teacher meant it in a deragatory way. That's probably the way the kid calls himself and his friends.

Racism is not in the use of a word, racism is in believing that one race is superior to the other. Racism is to prejudice someone because of their race. Racism is not giving someone the promotion they need because of their race. Etc, etc.

Conclusion: it's a touchy subject, the teacher should have konwn better, but I don't consider him a racist on baisis of the evidence shown, because he didn't mean it in a deragatory way.

It has always seemed like a huge hypocrisy to me that black people are apparently mortally offended by the use of this word and yet use it left, right and centre as if, as the teacher put it, it were the same as saying "dude" or "man".
My bro Tim works on a US naval base and plays for their basketball team and hangs around with alot of black americans, he was particularly good friends with one guy called Charlie who woud frequently say stuff like "Tim's cool, he's mah nigga"
Can you imagine the reaction if Tim one day decided to say "Charlie's mah nigga"? - Hell I'm a bit nervous about the reaction I'm gonna get just for typing it!
