2 herniated disks from squatting.
tore my achillies heal, extreamly heavy standing calve raise's damn thing still hurt been njecting cortizone for like 2 months prolly not the best idea
herniated disk.. tore pec, retorn pec, hyper ext knee, 3torn ligaments in my elbow. i know there are more, those are the ones i can think of now
been bodybuilding for 8 years now. I've hurt my left shoulder twice doing power cleans, minor joint pain which went away relatively quick. Other than that the only thing I've done was injure my right knee a couple times and I believe it was fluid retention causing discomfort in it because it only happened when I gained rapid water weight. I've been really lucky, no torn pecs or serious rotator cuff injuries. I've backed off flat bench and incline bench w/ the barbells altogether, its just db's now. I occasionally do decline bench w/ the barbell, but thats it.
your bodys messed up man! Do you have to take pain meds before you lift?Quote:

Had some knee pain from doing max effort squats weekly without a box..now with a box I no longer have that problem.
Currently..I reaggrivated a strained pec..and Im waiting for that to heal completely..
How do the pros get past their injuries without shriveling up?
chipped a tooth while doing clean and jerks

I broke out in a sweat once, nearly killed me!.
torn serratus(took a while to heal)..deep quad tear (durin contest prep...overdieting + heavy squats= deep muscle tear). Knee/Hip/Back Pain. Shoulder pain (one hurts from a non-bodybuilding-related injury/dislocation...and the other hurts from over compensating for the hurt shoulder while it was healing)...rotator cuff impingement. Pinched nerve in my trapezius.
Various other sprains that come and go during contest prep.
i have horrible back pain sometimes, stemming from a car accident. i also have a permanently fukd up big toe, no doubt some ligament damage there. have a bad shoulder too. but i never go to the doctor. doctors never know what they are talking about.

i learned no one rep maxes for me......that took care of injuries. but i do have arthritis in both elbows and my left hip. but, i suffer from high blood pressure from steroid abuse over the years, if you would call HP an injury
torn quad..not squated since xmas..elbows..back occasionaly.hand cramps in winter(artho)
Not much here. Sore knees and screwed up my left elbow a couple months ago doing straight bar curls. Hurt like hell for weeks but it's getting better now. I'm sure I could get hurt more often if I had a training partner.
how did you forget partially torn rectum? :scratch:Quote:

tore an ab muscle while doing squats for the first time, pulled or did something wrong to my right hanstring, dropped a 65lb dumbbell on my neck while incline benching and my neck was twitching for about a week and had a red spot on the side of it.
