    tryin to cut to 230-240 somewhere in there depending on how I look..trying to do so w/o losing much strength so im gonna do it slow

    I was at 230 when I hurt my shoulder and now I've cut down to 203.

    no just when I hurt my shoulder said the hell with it and started drinking like crazy. That was around January and only been doing light curls and a few pushups since so my strength is going to be horrible but i'll see i get done with pt in a month then i'm gone balls to the wall big boy.
