    I just had.....

    Four taco supremes from Taco Bell and a big bowl of heavenly hash ice cream..... at 1:11am on Tuesday morning. A little overkill but god i love bulking....

    Girl, nothing like cheat day. I love cheat day so much, I make EVERY day a cheat day. Oysters en brochette for lunch today. Hopefully I cna find a nice prime rib roast at Dorignac's this morning for supper tonight. I usually slice a PRR up into steaks a rib wide, and flame grill over well-seasoned oak. Oh, maybe shrimp remoulade for a little snacky-poo, and it is definitely time to make some more homemade ice cream. Girl, my ice cream is not ice milk... it is ice CREAM. No milk, just cream. The difference is incredible, and eating it is like sex, only 100 times better. Girl, I make love to my food! I am drinking a Met-RX right now and halfway through a bag of oreos for the insulin spike... just got done with my SLDL and good mornings. My ass is crying out for calories!
