    I'm drinking one budweiser after doing 45 min of cardio tonight. It's my reward. Then it's off to bed because i'll be so drunk from it and pass out, then wake up with a terrible hangover.

    i drank only two 20 ounce glasses of 3/4 rum and 1/4 sevenup .............and i was out i mean that is nothing for what used to drink .............i don't know why but i get very bad heart burn thats why i stop drinking so much ...................

    last night I got ****ed up before my workout off 6 beers. I went in to do legs and though I could lift all the plates it would fit (25 of them) and 2 of my buddies on top. The only thing I did was slam the weight into my ass! ouch! but I was alright! so I left and had 16 more and here I am now tyring to figure out what the hell happened after my 12th beer and how I ended up waking up in some woods with a rope tied to my feet, duct tape on my mouth and a terrible ****ing lump on my head.

    wtf man.

    Don't drink and lift.

    and hold the phone ive driven to breckinridge to board one time and it only took me like 8 hours w/dumass friends who wanted to eat like every hour so you must be a slow driver.
