    and to the 14" forarems i have 12" and im 160 5'7" with 15.5 bis
    so 14 isnt much bigger for him being 45lb more than me

    Want to know how you get strong, and good muscle groups like me?
    There is a trick. it's very simple. I realized this a while ago, and have gotten even stronger.

    I dont exercise souly because its good for me. i dont exercise to get bigger, or for anyone else.

    I do it because it feels good at the time im doing it. I like the feelings i get through my body, and the burn i get when my arms get tired, i want that more. So i put more weight on, and do more reps.

    I wouldn't say i've 'learned' to like it, but it's just something i notice i do.

    So when you go next time, just put yourself in the present moment, clear your mind, don't expect anything, and just focus on your body. feel good which is why im so uber strong

    I would say you gotta make your mind work for you, and not against you...
    but i dont like to associate with the mind. because it's evil. lol
