I started about one month ago. I was using Deca, I switched to test, and now I am using a new Deca. A few days ago I injected this new Deca into my right delt and the next day my muscle looked like the size and shape of a hot dog. Yesterday I injected into my left delt and today i noticed that the same thing happened to my left. There is no pain or discoleration. It dosn't feel hot or itchy.
Can anyone tell me what is going on and why this is happening??
Should I be concerned??

I am using 5/8" 25 gage (because I'm real skinny) 1ml shot, 3 times per week
that pin is way to small it sounds like u didnt inject deep enough into the muscle. in order to use a 5/8 pin in ur delt u have to be an 85 lb male.Quote:

I'm a nurse, and we very seldom ever use 5/8" needles for any IM injection. Would proborly be OK in the vastus lateralis, if you didn't have a lot of bodyfat. And yes, aspirate, always aspirate!!! This is the only way you will know if the tip of the needle is in a vein or not...and you don't want to inject roids into a vein. Keep 'em in the muscles, where they belong.

I wouldn't inject into a muscle. You'de have pain and a knot. I'de suggest the buttocks, where there is some fatty tissue.

Anyhoo, you're supposed to be the expert. I suggest massaging it.
