    I am pretty sure there is no way this is real, and i didnt know what to search for to see if it has been posted.

    yup 565..i saw a guy in my gym curling 225 and i was really phucking impressed...i doubt anyone could pull off a 405 nevertheless 565!

    im gonna vote nay on this one. think about how strong your biceps are in relation to the other muscles in your body. if you could curl that much your bench should be well over 1000 pounds. just too illogical.

    Im not sure with how wide his hands are have to do with this... but i'de think the bar would be flexin down...

    Personally I only curl 135 with the olympic bar. Hope to gain more strength when i start my frist cycle.
