Is it just florida where a piece of SH** house is damn near 200,000. I mean you can't even find a decent house in florida unless it is 250,000. and that's for a two bedroom, with no land? Looks like i will be stuck in this apartment for awhile. Does anybody know the going rate for house's in the Colorado state? :scratch:
