haha i got the exact same thing as you three months ago. barbell left side. and yes it was very painful. no one beleives me when i tell them my tattoo hurt less. chicks do love it thou.

Had my brow done twice, didn't hurt much at all. The barbell things came unscrewed while sleeping, lost the part that holds 'em on, so I don't have 'em anymore.
Had my tongue done twice, didn't hurt much, but ya, it swole up quite a bit and couldn't eat much for a week. Took the tongue barbells out one time to clean 'em, and after one hour, I couldn't get 'em back in.
Oh well.
Never did get around to getting a Prince Albert, but I did think about it . . .
