Ahhh I love The Feeling After A.M. Cardio
Anyone else do A.M. cardio and love that dry feeling they get over their entire body? I feel like every drop of water is sucked out, my skin is tight, and i can see cuts everywhere(even my face lol seriously)...and the feeling you get in your lungs...ahhhhh i never thought i'd say it, but i love cardio

Conversely there is no worse feeling than when you skip it - like I did this morning, I'll feel disgusted with myself all day now and torture myself with thoughts like - "Well you deserve to be fat, don't you? you lazy bastard!"
