Things are actually going very well w/him as we speak. He's got quite a line-up of things that he can do.
I hope to reap some of the reward of that as well.

From 24%, to 17%, then most recently 13.5%. (bodyfat) He's still cutting, but with his schedule he cannot be as impeccable as I would like.
He's just now getting serious about his body and always being in great shape, so once he's there he won't sport numbers like he had above for most of his career. He just has to adopt the eating plans, the number of meals, the water, the cardio/supps/etc.. ...

Damn. Quite an improvement. Im cutting bigtime to..probably to what you said 225-230 area. 24 to 13.5..thats really impressive.

Yeah, like I said he's basically a "newbie" to it all, so he had the ability to change quickly as the body responds at first to change/exercise like mad. So I gave him the best tools he could set into motion quickly to begin that process.

C'mon guys you're missing a keeper...dowload it NOW!
'Christ Denied' by Deicide
Also some 'Rapid Desecration' by Thorazine...walk up to the squat rack...and get ready to lift at the 36 second mark.
stayinstacked...great call on SFU...huge fan here. I personally like SFU's 'Smoke on the Water' cover. Completely kicks ass.
24labor...Three Inches of Blood...great Canadian band. Saw them open for GWAR during the "Bitch is Back" tour...the return of Slymenstra Hymen.
