So im at the gym....

and Im doing pullups (3 sets weighted, 3 without weight). I am done with my 3rd set, and I am going to put back that belt strap thing that you wear for dips and pullups, and it goes with all the other shit about 30 feet away. So I put my towel on the bar, and walk over to put it away. Then when I turn around and start walking back, some old dude, about 60, jumps off the treadmill and literally sprints to the pullup bar. He gets on it and is just hanging. So I stand real close and look up to him and say, "almost done there?". He says oh yeah sorry, and goes back to the treadmill. WTF? There were maybe 10 people in the gym at the time, and more than one pullup bar.

at my gym we have two squat racks and 2 benches, ive only ever seen one other person squat, and that was like a year ago. i think im alright.

doesnt happen in my gym...id say 90-95% of the time, im the ONLY person lifting, and maybe 1 of 3 in the whole gym that doesnt work there. kinda cool being the biggest and strongest in the whole gym.. :scratch:

It seems that every day one of our brothers in iron has to go through an ordeal such as this, only 2 days ago I had a 17 second wait for the water fountain so I'm like "Hey buddy, did you see how much weight I just curled, (on the squat rack) water's for the big boys!" And I caved his head in with a 50lb dumbell!

Dont sweat it. There is some creepy armenian guy who keeps STARING at me the entire time im working out. I know I'm a sexy b1tch, i can't help that... but he needs to stop STARING. I was in the sauna with some buddies, and the guy comes in, and sits next to me, and then he stats talkin to me... So im like "huh, oh.. blah" and then gestures and touches my arm.... queer.. So I tand up and leave the sauna and hop in the jacuzi thing.... and 3 minutes later he comes out, and gets in next to me, so i get out and do a quick rinse in the shower, get changes, and boned out. Creepy fuker.... I saw him there just recently... This was at 24 hour fitness..

but lately i've been going to powerhouse, because i seem to lift happier there. :) Last night i benched more than the big buff guys next to me at powerhouse :) So yeah.. its all about environment and not having old armenian guys touching you. Then you lift better :)
