Well Done! I used to throw 355 on incline for 5-6, but then I tore my (L) pec major in January. I was doing flat w/ 455 ( on the descent of my third rep... Then POP! ) So, I just stick to dbells.

High lifts are fun, but you eventually realize it will lead to injury. Stick with 6-8reps for maximum results with less risk. What are you stats?

i use the 110 d-bells for incline. funny thing is, its harder to carry them to the bench then it is to actually press them.

I am actually going to move back to bar bench. It is becoming a hassle to find someone who can actually give a decent spot with 150lb DB's on flat bench. I prefer bar incline, i will never do bar flat anymore.

You are showing the classic warning signals of a pectoral rupture (we have spoken about this). Remember what SC posted that his Dr. said?....Sooner or later, with heavy ass weight, like a rubber band, it will pop.
Trust me, you DO NOT want a pec tear.

thats what i use for low rep sets. i do flat and incline dumbbells at 110 right now but i max on my barbell bench at about 250lbs. for some reason me and the barbell don't get along. i never did like barbell much anyways though so no big deal.
