I don't kow exactly. A breezer is man who is not man tough.

Examples:
- he doesn't want to train year-long, before springbreak or summer he does a steroid cycle
- he doesn't want to inject, he only wants to take oral steroids

- he doesn't drink beer or whisky, he drinks a Bacardi breezer
