Took these today, he's about 5 1/2 months old here. I'm holding off on neutering him for awhile(if I even do) that way he'll have more test in him and get bigger. Maybe I'll get him on his first cycle soon, hahahhaha, j/k.

i researched the wolf hybrid and it says they are on the hard headed side. how is urs on discipline and around kids.
sweet dog man my buddy always wanted one of those.
my neighboor had a hybrid is said they dont stop growing till there about 2 yrs old
They are, they are stubborn as all hell dude!!!!! Like, they are definitely not the type of dogs that you can train easily. I mean, mine can sit and shake, but thats about all. They are tough to walk to, they constantly pull, not just straight either, to the side too. Mine runs great, running he's fine, walking is tough, its like constant tension on the leash. He's good around kids though, but if you dont have a shitload of time to train them, def not a good breed. I still cant get him housebroke, he's def going to remain an outdoor dog. I guess thats the price you pay for owning one of the most beautiful dogs that exists IMO. Huskies are hard enough to train, but throw some wolf in there too, and its a downright bitch!!Quote:

nice dog, definately will be a big sucker!
yea they are bad ass dogs my parents had one when but had to get rid of it when i was like 2 cause the dam dog kept jumping the fence and running all over the dam neighborhood and people kept getting scared. my parents told me it could catch birds in the backyard.
i believe a bitch is a female dog... lolQuote:

OMG...is that ever a beautiful dog!
I had a Siberian...when I was growing up...and, they are one of the most intelligent breeds, but stubborn makes them hard to train. Awesome temperments!
I use to make mine pull me on a sled in the winter...she loved that!
Lucky guy StayinStacked!
dam that dog looks sick,it looks straight wolf.
i would bet that if you tested husky dna they'd be close to some purebred eurasian wolf, so it's def. not suprising at how the dog looks.Quote:

Thanks. I almost got rid of him when I first got him b/ of his stubborness and behavior. But the damn thing just loves us so much I couldnt get myself to do it. He's stubborn as hell, but he tries, somewhere deep down I believe the dumb dog tries, hahahhaha.Quote:

Nice dog bro. Don't neuter him.
That's gonna be a bid a** dog bro. you will have your hands full. How much do they run? $$ I live in florida so it wouldn't be cool to own one down here with the heat and all. But i wouldn't keep him outside though.
I got him for $250. The guy could have gotten alot more for them, but he was just glad it was going to a good home. It gets hot where I live too, they are just like any other dog though, just make sure they have water and dont get over exerted and they're fine, their coat will shed in the summer so its not quite as thick anyways.
so what breed of wolf and what percentages
which was the mother
Glad to see it worked out for ya. I remember when you were having those problems. Hope some of my advice paid off for ya. They are a handful, but great overall. Here's one of mine getting during a hot summer day....
