it all depends on the director and if you know what you are doing... the main thing the director wants is to see the action... they will tell you to open up the shot... thats basicly pulling back and spreading her cheeks so they can see everything. A director may tell you they want an insertion dogstyle, then roll into a spoon position, then missionary then they may want you to finish with a piledriver...

a cool director will turn off the lights, and make the crew leave for a few minutes if you need to catch you breath before the money shot. if it takes you a while to get that shot, they will just keep rolling and just edit in the part when you finally pop.

I go to the AIm clinic in LA... once you test there its on record and any director/producer can call up and get your results faxed to them for free.
