What's going to happen to the Steroid Profile section?
Now that Hooker is banned what will happen to the Steroid Profile section? Hooker still owns the copyright on those profiles and that is one of the most important parts of this board (along with the Steroid Questions forum).
Yes, MilitiaGuy, the Religion forum is not as important...

hooker does not (and never did) own the profiles. what gave you that impression? he didn't write all the profiles (though he did write the majority) so the whole forum wouldn't just dissapear. no worries, it is one of the greatest assests this board has, and it will remain.

I assume that AR holds the copyright

Hooker was banned??? I thought he just gave up posting so he could pursue his writing or something.

yeah whats up with that? i didnt no hooker was banned

ok understand that he's not banned, he can still post. There are two sides to every story, I suggest you all keep that in mind when you only get 1/2 of the real story from 1 man. Stay on the board to learn or whatever, it is still a great place. But try to stay out of the drama, it's just a circle that goes round and round.

i believe Brian. (the owner of the board) paid for those profiles, so he OWNS them. Their not going anywhere.

1. Hooker cannot post on these forums. I know this for a fact, as I logged into his account and tried to post and it would not let me. I am not sure if he was banned.
2. I was not aware that AR owned the profiles. I'm sorry for making an assumption.

If you mean you tried to PM him, he has lost profile, but is still, to my understanding allowed to post in public forum. If you mean you logged on as him...........

I would really like to hear the other half of the story. Can one of the veterans post the true story of what happened and not lock the thread so it can be discussed? A lot of member's are really clueless as to what happened, including me. I'm sure that a lot of people would feel more at ease with all of these conspiracy theories put to rest.

I've been banned from posting here, because I confronted 956Vette, about this conversation he had with me the other day, and tried to stick up for the members who have earned vet/mod status, but will never get it because they are not his friend(s):
The following is a conversation I had with the person who makes people mods and vets here. Basically he admits that mods and vets are only have that status, since he has been in charge, because they are his friends, and have no other merit:
Anthony says:
coincidence? that your buddies became active?
Anthony says:
or you said: become active so i don't need to remove you
***** says:
big N i may want to moderate
Anthony says:
how about you not contact your buddies, in private and tell them to become active so you can mod them, though?
Anthony says:
and you surreptitiously told your mates to start being active again, so you could mod them [without merit]
Anthony says:
and de-vet [others]
****says:
damn straight i did
I am the boss to a degree and want to surrond myself with guys i can work with.
(in addition, he allows 2 of the mods here to stay because they deal him rec drugs):
Anthony says:
I don't understand why you let those two stay....
***** says:
they have their uses
Anthony says:
I can't see it from here...
****says:
lol
Anthony says:
huh?
Anthony says:
what don't i get?
****says:
They help me out...you know...flipping burgers and bagging grass when i mow the lawn
(Obviously, grass is Pot, and "flipping' is slang for ecstacy or E + Acid known as "candy flipping")
Just thought you guys, the members, would want to know why I can't post....pass this PM along, if you think it's

gsxxr - there's more to that than meets the eye. Hooker had vets made that were made b/c they were his friends. I recall a discussion about one who was just the month before or so asking what needle to inject with and was made a vet b/c he was a fav. of hooker. so it's on both sides, but you never hear both sides...just keep that in mind.
alright I'll step out of this one b/c I don't like to get involved in drama, but I also don't like to see 1/2 truths perpetuated as fact b/c of ego.

lol, i particularly like the X and grass inclusion
Wonderfully cited message...I sure I really gave some consideration when i typed that out
Hooker can post, HOWEVER, it has to go under review by system admin or myself. His posting has to be compliant with the rules. YES, hooker is a great asset and the rules have been bent around HIM Goes to show you cant help everyone and certainly cant make everyone happy.
Hooker can continue to bash staff, vets, you members when you become staff, and further fuk his rep and book sales somewhere else. AR sponsors and especially writers should have higher expections!

Surely the owners/bosses of this board can make someone a MOD or VET for whatever reason they see fit, if it were my board I would make MODs and VETs of whoever I wanted.

This will help you make the best decision for you. Many people take mod, vet, writers... opinion as hard fact. It is far from this. Their (our) opinions are based on research but above all else experience. Still multiple perspectives should always be sought out, no matter how much you respect a certain member no matter who they are.

Bullshit. Log into steroid .com under my name.
Username: hooker
Password: ****
You will note I can not post (try to post, then see what heppens).
I can not access the userCP, and I can not change my password, or access any controls. Didn't 956Vette openly say I can post? So...now you can see, and verify first hand his lies.
You don't have to even take my word for it...you can see all my shit has been altered and I can't do anything.
Feel free to pass along my username and password and let everybody see that Vette is, once again, lying to you guys...the members.
