    you're gonna love this one!!!!

    the people who know me know i have all these bizarre saying and theories about everything in life.well, yesterday, i'm at the gym and all you HIT trainers may appreciate this.....

    this guy come up to me at the gym and is like, " you don't train very long butyou look great". so i'm like whatever fucker. so he's like, " why is that??" so i told him this, i said, " look fucko(ok i didn't say that part,haha), i call it my ONE NIGHT STAND THEORY ON TRAINING: HIT THAT SHIT HARD AS HELL AND BREAK FOR THE DOOR!!!"

    well the owner of the gym had overheard me!! she's like, i don't appreciate you giving out that type of advice,hahhahahaaha so i'm just like, look slut whore bag( ok i didn' say that either), i was just giving the guy a simple metaphor for high intensity training, hahaha and the i just walked away. i could ee the look of disgust on her fce as i left the gym since i knwo she already hates me because i stare at myself in the mirrors constantly and chek out my abs just to be a dick. but anyhoo, just though i'd share my theory w/ all of you HIT guys and gals.

    i think she was pissed because i basically heard me say , yeah i jut fuck girls and jet.her being a woman and all, she was probably insulted. she's just an ugly bitch who thinks i'm arrogant and i'm not at all. jealousy will get her nowhere,hahaha.thankfully i don't use this gym that often but i have to go there tdayso i'm hoping to run into her again.i should ask her to have dinner as a goof just since i knwo the hit it and quit it idea is still in her head,hahahahaha and then stand her up, hahahaaha

    no sign of the queen bitch. i was hoping to see her too!!just so i could throw her a smile and laugh.damnit, one day this week i will make another smart remark in her presence!!!!!!!!!!!!

    awww thanks guys I appreciate the compliements. I've always had a self-esteem issue, especially my body and looks. Makes me feel like I can puff out my chest a bit (Maybe it'll be bigger than my stomach for a change )
