We've got a clique of mods who all have diff. interests and those are the areas that they mostly over-see. All of our mods are professionals and extremely intelligent, so you should see the new structure being enforced very well, and the board continuing to get bigger and better.

Board is turning around, I think steriod question foruum should have more vets. to answer questions. Alot of bad advice and BS goes on. I know you guys are doing your best,some some in that foruum it self wouldbe nice. Awhile back some at B B 4 L and other boards referred to AR as a "circus".

We have our references for their board as well. True, there is too much flaming, but it is necessary when people spit out bad advice. Others just want help and should be given it.

Funny thing is, seems to be a bunch more mods in the foruum tonite, I'm AR to the end, I am no bashing the board, just saying alot of people come here and get flamed by some kid thats been a member a month and thinks he knows everything and the newbie asks a fairly stupid question. Just an observation,just bringing it to attention ,seems to be getting taking care of though.

I came accross this board by accident but am glad i did. I have looked at other boards over the past few years but none matches this one. Fcuk knows what state my workouts would have been in if it had not been for this board

We have over come a lot of negative things in the past. Now, as we age, we will only become better. There is not much room out there for other boards and we intend on making this the home for many many more to come. Stay tuned....
