I'd have to say Nalysnyky (Rolled pancakes).

They have cottage cheese inside..rolled in a little crepe and baked in a dish smothered in a Dill sauce....YUMMY!

Wow that's a hard one. Best day of the year in my opinion for eating and sleeping. I always look forward to sweet potato pie or candied yams but my mother inlaw makes all this good stuff from Trinidad so I get the best of two worlds. I'm hungry now, I can't wait.

My mom makes mashed potatoes a special way for Thanksgiving. 3 potatoes to one turnip(awesome texture). They're the shizzle when you smother them in giblet gravy. green bean casserole, candied yams (nice and crispy/carmelized), turkey soaked overnight in a brine before cooking (super juicy + the skin is scrumtious that way), etc etc
