    this suck gym closed over thanksgiving

    Damn the gym back home is closing wednesday and wont open up till sunday. They never did this before I'm so mad. You think I should do some kind of full body thing monday and tuesday or just take the week off

    depens how long its been since you had a break ?? if its been a while like 3 or 4 months i would take a break

    my gym same way. find another gym that has day passes for like 5$ if your town is lucky enough to have one that you can swipe a card and it's open 24 hours 365 days.
