    dam i talk to fast

    Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i could slow down the speed at which I talk.

    I have been speaking like a machine gun for years now and cant seem to slow it down no matter how hard I try. It is seriously doing my head in having to repeat myself all the time

    well... you gotta calm your MIND down. That's what is causing this. Gives you nervous eneryg, OR you can just be very enthusiastic.... like richard simmons.. ummm i say just relax lol.

    yeah that normaly works. Only problem is that i dont smoke it unless im high, which is never these days

    I'm not a nervous person, infactim very confident. Iam very energetic though. I get bored very easy and hate been in the same place to long. Like for example if im out on the drink with mated i like to move around different bars and only stay in one place for 2 drinks at most. But i think thats more to do with wanting to scout the girls available

    i do that sometimes..

    it takes alot of time and effort to slow down..

    you must breath between words.. think of something to say..

    like...

    "I would like a cup of coffee"

    now practice like this

    Breath I Breath would Breath like Breath a Breath cup Breath of Breath coffee


    now, don't talk like that.. but it will help to learn to slow down..
