    Dude - thats funny sheeit!

    Sux 'cause I was banned from that place for not settling a $1.50 sellers surcharge like 3 years ago. I wonder if there is a way to get my account opened back up...

    I want to use my old account since it has all the feedback from buying and selling... I should contact E-Bay and see if there are any hard feelings over this...

    Then the link says this, "eBay requires payment in full each month on accounts with balances of $1.00 or more." So even though it was a nominal balance from selling something - after I changed e-mail addresses and stopped using E-Bay they suspended me indeffinitly.

    I am sending them an appeal now to see if they'll lift the suspension...

    they have a reinstatement form u can print out and fax them , and they usually give u one more chance

    i had my account suspended for selling somethign against thier policy , but got it reinstated within a week .

    and kept all my feedback !

    Probably find some twisted American lawyer that could take your case dude!

    No word back from E-Bay on my appeal - prolly 'cause it's the weekend. I want to pawn off an Asus 6800GT graphics card so I can get a new 7800... are there other auction sites that are good to use?

    ive only used ebay. im sure there are others, but ive never looked. ive never had probs with ebay.
