hay sap every1 ok well i have b33n working out for a pretty solid 2 and a half weeks now. i m startin to get a lot of stares in the gym, what do ya'll think of my w3ights
LEGS
squat: bar
leg press: 35lbs
leg extensions: 2.5 lb plate
leg curls: 10 maybe 15 if i push myself
calf raises: usually cant add much weight my body weighs enuf as is
DELTS
db press: 7.5's on each arm
side raises: 5lb on each hand
front raises: i herd these rnt good so i dont do them
db shrugs; 10 each arm
BACK
front pulldowns 10lbs
tbar rows; the bar (sometimes more)
CHEST
incline db press; 12.5s on each arm
flat db press; 10 on each arm
inclin db flys; cant do these yet my arms r sometimes 2 sore
TRICEPS
kickbacks; 5 lbs
BICEPS
barbell curls; hmmm 20lbs prolly if i took my shake b4 hand
preacher curls; 10lbs
ps-i dun do a lot of triceps and biceps work cuz i do them both the same dey
like i sed i am pretty strong im sorry i did not put this warning at teh top of the thread but these numbers arent for the faint at heart, i dont want to make any of u that hav been lifting fer a few yrs feel bad about yorself
