First time i went to a muscle forum...

(was deleting old bookmarks and came across the first muscle site i went on)

I was on a muscle forum for the first time i think in april of this year..
Someone on that forum said "help, i aint growing!"
And the ONLY thing 32 other people said was "eat!" "eat more" "eat everything in site"

I know you need fuel for the body, but the first thing i pictured was some fat butterball kid because he ate too much....

So i said, "Diet is important, but you should also change up your workout, to shock your muscles. This helps them grow."

And then another member replied, "Please don't post again in this thread." and i got all butt hurt. The guy had 14,000 posts.. so i think he didn't know shit because he spent so much damn time on his computer.

I should send a reply and see if the kid is a butterball now... :wg:

Apon reading that forum's newest thread which was posted today.... on a single thread.. a guy wants arm growth..

someone replied it would depend MOSTLY on how much he ate and if he did squats..

then the person below that said it depends REALLY on how much you EAT IN GENERAL

all they say is to eat lol..

Glad i only made 3 posts on that site, and even happier that i never asked for workout advice!

I used to go to that forum, I wasn't around long enough to want to join. There are a few good forums out there, that is not one of them.

Yeah that site is a joke.
None of them have any real advice. And what is even more sad is they are all stupid, and feeding off each others' stupidity.. and they THINK they are getting smarter, when in fact all they are doing is stockin up on more stupid info.

I posted on that thread, what a bunch of kids man...they are killing me. Terrible advice, they just throw stuff out with no explanation whatsoever and then when you come along with a solid reply they tear you apart.
